She has a steady and cooperative temperament, as well as a flashy and beautiful appearance. Her current training includes lunging with saddle/equipment and will be green broke in the upcoming weeks. 
Gramercy is expected to perform as a hunter or eventer. 

About Bratt Z: 

Bratt Z is approved by the American Holsteiner Horse Association and the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association. He received impressive scores of 9/10, 9/10 and 10/10 in free jumping at the 2005 AHHA Approval. He was the first stallion to receive a perfect 10 in free jumping at the CWHBA approval in 2004.


Bratt Z demonstrates world class athleticism, combining strength and elasticity. He was competitive in the Open 1.30m and 1.35m divisions in Wellington, Florida during the 2008 Season, piloted by Olympic Gold Medalist Eric Lamaze. He is extremely respectful and has a very kind disposition. These remarkable qualities are combined with unbelievable bloodlines.


His sire, Baloubet du Rouet, is one of the best performing stallion of all time. He has won three consecutive World Cup finals, two Olympic medals including the individual Gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games with Roderigo Pessoa. About the sire:

Carlton Hill is an impressive stallion with three strong basic gaits with balance and rhythm. At the KWPN Stallion approvals he was an eye catcher ending in 4th place in the finals of the Championship for dressage horses. 

His sire, Uphill, has currently competed at Prix St Georges and Intermediare I with scores over 70%. At Indoor Geldrop Uphill won in the Light Tour three times, and at Odense, Denmark, he won the Intermediare. In 2009, Uphill clinched the Dutch Championship at ZZ in the Big Tour. His first offspring are developing well with good results at the National Shows. Maternal grand sire of Carlton Hill, Vincent, was a successful Grand Prix dressage horse with Annemarie Sanders-Keijzer and is the sire of many good dressage horses including the Approved stallion Cabochon. Further back is Zebulon, sire of Goliath. Under Arjen Teeuwissen, Goliath brought solid value to the Dutch Dressage team winning a Silver Medal at the Olympic Games in Sydney.

The dam of Carlton Hill is the National Mare Champion, Rose of Vincent, who was shown at Z2-dressage. Grandmother Guida is ‘Keur’ and is also dam of the ‘Preferent’ Lisa, a Z1 dressage mare. Great grand dam Beauty carried the predicates ‘Ster, Prestatie and Sport’.

Carlton Hill reinforced his selection for the stallion test with his strong movements and his rideability. His good character contributes to that quality and remarks on the ease of the ride he gives were noted. He received a total score of 82.5 points with an 8.5 for his walk, trot, and rideability and all other components received 8’s.
As 4-year old he placed 5th in the PAVO Cup with 86 points. In Sweden he won the Open
Swedish Championship for 5-year olds with 86.8% and was Reserve Champion at the
National Championships for 5-yr old dressage horses.

You Really Got Me or ‘’Riley’’ is a safe and willing hunter/jumper type mare. Riley is a forward ride therefore would be more suitable for intermediate riders. She had a foal in 2016 and was off work until late spring 2017. She was started over jumps this fall, but requires more training and conditioning to do a full course. However, she is very intelligent, willing, hard-working and a fast learner. Riley trailers well and is good off property. Chi Commander is a bold, athletic, intelligent, willing and hard-working AHHA registered gelding. He is a correct model with balanced proportions that moves in with round, generous strides in balance with suppleness, carrying power and impulsion. Chi Commander is courageous, jumps with quick reflexes (cleared up to 1.30m in a triple combination in his first shoot attempt), has a good technique, auto lead changes, and has a lot of scope. Chi Commander was started under saddle in the Spring of 2017 and was professionally trained from August-November 2017 at Stonecrest Stables. He schooled and showed over a 2ft course; he was also trained over different cross-country obstacles (i.e. logs, ditches, water). He had a calm and willing disposition at his first schooling show on September 23rd, 2017; he demonstrated a strong performance and he had great focus. Chi Commander trail rides alone or in a group, trailers well, bathes, clips, and he is good with the farrier. This horse has the temperament, strength, and ability to perform as a high-level show jumper.

About the sire:
Corland was the champion of his performance test and has gone on to great success in international competitions as well as many top finishes in World Cup competitions. In his first breeding year he produced Pacific who went on to win his stallion performance test in Holland and Pendence who was the highest scoring mare in Holland that year. Corland gives to his offspring: good looks, good movement, strong bone and super jumping ability, they are consistent in type and they are often gray.

Corland's sire line features a top pedigree of the highest quality stallions. His dam is one of the best Holstein breeding lines #104 A which is the same line as the famous mare Retina who won the the Hamburg Derby twice.
